Become an Ambassador
First Tee – Greater Charleston is growing! To reach more kids than ever before with enhanced program options, we are opening a Learning Center and Charleston’s first Kids Course. This community-funded project, in combination with our growing transportation fleet and program partner network, will help to ensure that any local child or teen who wants the chance to play golf will have the opportunity. And with your support, we can provide that opportunity at no cost so that every child has a chance to play, regardless of financial circumstances.
Your commitment as an Ambassador will ensure FREE golf for kids (no green fees or membership fees for kids and teens playing our course). It will also play a vital role in fueling transportation initiatives and sustaining our program network—an extensive support system that has already helped thousands of Charleston Area young people prepare for life beyond the golf course.
What is an Ambassador?
First Tee – Greater Charleston Ambassadors dedicate their TIME, TREASURE, and TALENT to ensure immediate and sustainable impact of First Tee programs and Kids Course operations.
What is required to become an Ambassador?
Ambassadors are required to donate:
- TIME/TALENT – Be available to answer a child’s call. Sharing your personal and professional experiences will help our program participants navigate challenges, define goals, and seize opportunities in their own lives.
- TREASURE – Make a multi-year Annual Fund Gift* to support our people, programs, and facilities.
*3-year minimum commitment of $2,500 annually.
