All fall on-course programs have ended for the season – see you in 2026!

Please note that some of our fall classes will be using their rain dates this season, and due to the time change, some of these makeup class times are earlier or shorter than usual due to the sun setting earlier.
Please have your child wear comfortable clothing (golf polos or plain tee shirts, shorts or skirts, a hat, and sneakers – please, no jeans). Bring a water bottle with enough water to last through class, and apply sunscreen and bug spray before class (these will not be provided by coaches due to allergy concerns).
Sign your child in at their designated meet-up location:
Patriots Point Links – Meet by the First Tee putting green
Wescott Golf Club – Use the car line at the bag drop loop
Charleston Municipal – Meet by the putting green benches
Shadowmoss Golf Club – Meet outside the restaurant/patio on the lawn
The Club at Pine Forest – Use the car line outside the pro shop
Dunes West – Meet next to the swimming pool, in the green space on Hartford Village Way
Check-In Daily
Classes may be canceled on any given day due to facility closure or coach illness, not just bad weather, so check the Daily Dashboard each day for class status. We assess course conditions 1.5 hours prior to class start and update the Daily Dashboard accordingly (emails are not sent). Golf is an outdoor sport, and we could potentially have a class if it is raining. We suggest your child bring a rain jacket if necessary.
Last Minute Cancellations
Pop-up storms happen, especially in summer, and coaches may not be able to give a full 1.5-hour cancellation notice. Last-minute cancellations may occur when you arrive to drop off your child(ren). The SAFETY of your child is our top priority and if a class needs to be canceled when you arrive, participants, parents, and coaches must immediately vacate the area, as our policy is that all participants must be taken off the golf course premises by their families when the golf course is unsafe due to weather.
Rain Date / “Make-up” Class
Only one rain date “make-up” class is allotted per season. This will be used if one or more classes are canceled due to weather, unexpected coach absences, or golf course closures. If needed, the “make-up” class will occur after the final week of scheduled programming.
Attendance
Our coaching staff understands that your child may need to miss a class, but we do not offer make-up sessions or week-to-week class switches for missed classes.
